Yankee Stadium: Tours, Tickets and Game Day Tips
Guía rápida
New York's Yankee Stadium is a must if you're a baseball fan, and the best way to experience it is by catching a live game during the MLB season.
During baseball season, between April and October each year, the Yankees play several games a week, so you'll have plenty of chances to see this famous Major League Baseball team in action.
Tickets for Yankees Games

If you've always dreamed of seeing a Yankees baseball game, check the dates and ticket prices on this ticket search tool. Tickets start at $30, they sell out incredibly fast, and there are lots of dates available.
The season starts in April and ends in October. At this link you can see the upcoming game schedule and buy tickets online, which is the smart move if you want good seats at good prices.
Best Seats at Yankee Stadium
When you buy, you'll see a map of the stadium seating. You'll notice the cheapest tickets are the ones farthest from the field, so you'll have to decide how much your fandom is worth 😉
The best seats can run up to $500, but you can always find reasonable spots between $30 and $100.
If you just want the experience of visiting this ultramodern stadium, which opened in 2009, you can do it by buying the cheapest tickets or by seeing it on the New York Contrasts Tour.
Guided Tour of Yankee Stadium

For baseball fans, the guided stadium tour is well worth doing. You have to book these tours directly on the stadium's website.
On the tour you'll get an inside look at this state-of-the-art sports venue, with a staggering capacity of 53,000 fans.
Despite the obvious upgrades, plenty of nostalgic fans still mourn the closing of the old stadium. It was a true icon of baseball and of New York.
Yankee Stadium Classic Tour
On this guided tour inside the stadium you'll visit the Yankees Museum and Monument Park, which honors legendary players from New York's most iconic baseball team.
The tour runs almost daily. If you're interested, I'd check the dates and times on the stadium's website (they change a lot depending on the game schedule).
Keep in mind that if you bought the New York Pass discount tourist card, the classic Yankee Stadium tour is included!
New York Contrasts Tour
Another way to see Yankee Stadium is by taking the New York Contrasts Tour, which stops at the Bronx stadium so you can admire the imposing building from the outside.
